For Darjeeling, we do the offer default face-up, but only the free style order
face-ups.
We limited the number to total of 7, and if we receive more orders than 7,
we will do the lottery system, again.
We are doing this to be more careful with each one and prevent the delay due to the difficulty of coating process during the winter season.
We would like to ask your understanding for this decision.
For detailed description of face-up, you can either send us another email or write it on BBS after your order is confirmed.

- Refund or exchange is not possible due to the problems with a color of skin or gate seam removal.

- When we get the doll order, we order to the reproduction of the head right away,

A.I.Rの人形は個人の自作球体関節人形で専門の原型師ではなくアマチュアの作品です。
そういうわけで会社の球体関節人形やプロ級の原型師方々の人形に比べて全体的に仕上げや、
ディテール、ヘッドふた[?]のかみ合いなどのクオリティが下がることもありますので、
自作球体関節人形の特性を考え合わせる方々のみのご注文お願い致します。
- スキンの色相やゲートの除去処理のよるスキントーンの差、
顔面部じゃないところの気泡や小さい点などは払い戻し、交換の事由にはなりません。
- ゲートを除去した所はほかの所に比べ、スキンの感触がちょっとすべすべしますし、
サンドペーパを使ってないところよりスキントーンが少し明るいことがあります。
顔面部で発生したダメージは全量、不良品として処理していますが、
後頭部やヘッドふた[?]などにはゲートを除去する際、
現れる小さい埃、気泡などがある可能性もあります。
- 複製の注文が入った以後にはキャンセルはできません。これを十分考え合わせてのオーダをお願い致します。

用意した数量以後にはオーダが入った数量の分追加で複製の注文を入れますので、
制作期間が発生します。注文の締め切りの後、配送までおよそ3~4週だと予測しています。

デフォルト/オーダメイクアップオプションを選んだ方の人形は制作期間の以外に
10日くらいのメイクアップ期間が必要となります。
